T.J. was more of an optimist than a realist sometimes. Truth is, NO, Mankind will not give you credit even if you succeed, if you travel against the prevailing beliefs of the time. Hell, look at T.J. himself, one of the best men of his age, now vilified and demonized in many circles.

We give credit where none is deserved, and hand off blame where none has been earned. Take for example the flashfloods in TX and New Mexico. According to the talking heads, Mainstream media, and Democratic spokesmen like Chucky Schumer, somehow Trump is to blame for the disaster. Their claim is that “well, if he hadn’t stopped our fights against global warming, the flood would have never happened, and if he hadn’t cut funding and fired a lot of the folks at the National Weather Center, people would have gotten the warning.

Of course that’s a lie, these floods had nothing to do with “Glubul Worming,” in fact, that area is known as “flash flood alley” by the folks in TX. Oh and the warning DID come out, several times, from a Weather center that was running at over normal manning, due to the anticipated storm. What did fail was two things:

1) People failed to listen to, and act according to the warnings. Now, no one predicted as big of a flood as happened, but they were predicting a severe flash flood. The trouble is, it’s like predicting a hurricane. Most people in hurricane ally see it as an excuse to party, and on the rare occasions where it’s a serious, man killer storm, everyone is shocked and screams: “well why didn’t they tell us this one would be different?”

2) The people that built a kids’ summer camp in a flood plane in the southwest need to have their heads examined. Yes, I know “It’s a generational storm.” The thing is, it’s happened before. 1987, same river, killed ten campers at “Pot O Gold summer camp.” Guys, I get it, it was nearly forty years ago, but damn, if it happens once, you can no longer say “well no one could have expected…” Yes, they could, and if it happened before, you either don’t live there, or you have a plan.

They in fact had a plan, and it had been evaluated two days before by DSHS! I might just spread a little hate their way, if I where the type to do the blame game. Someone needs to reassess what an adequate plan is for such a thing.

That is the trouble with the Emergency Management game though, if you go too cautious, nothing can be done, and it costs the national debt. If you go too lackadaisical people die. Finding the sweet spot is always written in blood, or bankruptcy paperwork.

The bottom line though is neither of the accusations hold water. But that isn’t going to stop Democrats from doing that activity they dearly love to do, wave the bloody shirt and dance on the corpses of the innocent, as a way to vilify their opponents. No matter how much you despise them, you don’t hate them enough.

Okay, on to other things.

Let’s talk about the Courts, because that has been a huge part of the real news lately. Everyone knows, or should know, that Trump v CASA determined that NO, a district court judge does not overrule the President throughout the country, Ketanji Brown Jackson’s hip-hop dissenting opinion aside.

Well, since a single opinion wasn’t enough, they also had to rule against a preliminary injunction by a district court in California (I know, big shock) that, “Yes, the Executive can fire/lay off employees of the Executive Branch, and can, in fact, do his FUCKING JOB,” again, with a dissenting opinion by the most incompetent DEI-token-hire in the history of the US Government. When you get to the point that even Sotomayor is against you, well, it may be time to step down.

I must wonder, if an investigation shows that she (Justice Brown Jackson) was nominated by the Auto-pen, and not by Biden, if that would be grounds for removal? I know it SHOULD be, but I am not clear about the legal status in this case… Any lawyers in the audience want to shed some light? I would welcome comments on the subject.

To continue on the Court beat, we have Justice Indira Talwani from Boston, who in flat out defiance of the Supreme Court, decided that she could overrule both the Executive and Legislative branches, by saying that no matter what the law says (Speaking of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which is the law) and no matter what the constitution and precedents say,

per her order, given without explanation, or justification, just a statement that:

Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction [Doc. No. 4] and accompanying memorandum of law and supporting declarations, and finding good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED that the request for a Temporary Restraining Order is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that:

1. Defendants, their agents, employees, appointees, successors, and anyone acting in concert or participation with Defendants are hereby enjoined from enforcing, retroactively enforcing, or otherwise applying the provisions of Section 71113 of “An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14,” against Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its members; Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts; and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah;

2. Defendants, their agents, employees, appointees, successors, and anyone acting in concert or participation with Defendants shall take all steps necessary to ensure that Medicaid funding continues to be disbursed in the customary manner and timeframes to Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its members; Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts; and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah.

3. Plaintiffs shall promptly serve this Temporary Restraining Order on Defendants electronically or by another manner authorized by Fed. R. Civ. P. 5(b)(2). Within 72 hours of such service, Defendants shall provide a copy of this Temporary Restraining Order to all personnel within the Department of Health and Human Services and all state agencies involved with the disbursement of Medicaid funding.

In short, “I don’t care what the law says, nor do I care that this is national and I’m not supposed to rule on national, just local, Keep paying these guys, and report to me that you are still paying these guys within three days, or I’ll put you in contempt, because I am a judge and I fucking say so!”

Legal? Oh HELL no. But until the court of appeals bounces it, its law, or rather, it’s Diktat. The list of Judges that need to be removed just keeps growing. On the other hand they’re self-identifying and making it easy to determine who’s got to go.

Staying on the legal beat for a few more items, we have:

The Fearless Band of Idiots is now investigating one of their own and one of the CIA’s golden boys.

James Comey, former director of the FBI (I always found that last name telling) and John Brennan, former director of the CIA, are being investigated criminally for making false statements to congress, conspiracy, and possibly other things.

This stems from the declassification of shit from when Obama was in office and was trying to smear candidate Trump anyway he could. I’m speaking of course, of “Crossfire Hurricane” and the Steele Dossier. And it seems, a blocked probe into whether or not China was planning on rigging the election for Biden.

Blocked so that the information didn’t contradict FBI director Wray’s testimony to congress.

According to the FBI, they have ‘smoking gun’ proof that not only did the three mentioned lie about the validity of what they told congress, they knew they were lying and did it for either financial or ideological reasons.

Internal FBI emails reveal that headquarters ordered the recall of the IIR (Intelligence Information Report dealing with China’s creation of fake Drivers licenses, other fraudulent data) and told field offices to destroy all copies and remove it from systems, saying that its release would “contradict Director Wray’s testimony.” A full length article on it can be found at; patriotpost.us/alexander/Brennan and the Cinton Russian- Collusion Cabal.

You know, I remember my parents telling me, when Watergate was going down, that “It’s not the crime that usually gets you in trouble, it’s the coverup.” Truer words were never spoken. Let me make clear that until those three serve time, there is no way to restore the credibility of either involved agency in this decade.

The IRS folded their hands in a court filing intending to settle a lawsuit; ruling that Churches and other houses of worship were allowed to endorse political candidates to their congregations.

Now let me be crystalline clear on this, it’s not just cowardice, it’s an incredibly bad idea. Oh I know that there are a lot of serious Catholics and Baptists out there that are going to argue with me, but here’s a couple things to keep in mind:

Lehman’s rule that you should never create a political weapon that you don’t want used against you. For every Catholic priest that follows the teachings of the Vatican, there’s going to be one of the sort that continues to give Nancy Pelosi communion. There’s a lot of liberal and bought churches out there, and they are going to be giving their congregations political cover to vote liberal. “Hey, the priest/minister said I should vote straight Democrat, because they’re the only ones that have compassion for the undocumented Americans.” Think it won’t happen? BET ME.

Then there’s the ideal that “look, you don’t have to pay taxes, no matter how much you take in. That’s because you answer to God as you know him, not to earthly concerns, and we expect you to help take care of the poor and downtrodden. When you start sticking your nose in politics, we get to start sticking our nose into where your money is going.”

Keep the churches- churches, not power brokers, that way lies the Italian city states, the 30 years war, and the English Civil war. It’s a mistake.

Elsewhere on the Government fronts, we have some hacker type (or spy agency) that has weaponized AI to impersonate the Secretary of State. It seems that some person or group generated text and voice mail messages that sounded like, and identified as, Mario Rubio to contact high level government officials. Three Foreign ministers, a US Governor, and a congressman got hit with these things, trying to gain access to information or accounts.

People; hone your bullshit filters to a fine edge. If it seems at all weird, just a little odd, call them on a line you know is good, and check to see if they are actually trying to reach you.

The hackers are getting very- very- good. It didn’t work, apparently, but that doesn’t mean it won’t get tried again… In fact it already has: against Trump’s Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles.

Again, if it seems at all hinky, start asking questions. Things that only the real person would know. Call them back. Tell them your battery is dying and you need to call them back on a different phone. If they say “well I don’t have my phone, so call me at this number…” DON’T.

If you are told that this is (pick relative here) and I’ve been arrested, I need you to send money to this account for my bail, DON’T. It’s a scam!

I don’t care if he/she is just the sort that would do that, I don’t care if the caller ID says they’re calling from a jail.

News flash, if you are not aware, Caller ID can be spoofed.

Tell them you’ll call the jail and check. Look up the agency on the internet, there is ALWAYS a system by which you can check to see who they have in holding. CHECK. If you don’t, you may not just be out the money you sent, they could EMPTY your accounts. Imagine how brutal it would be to suddenly find out that you have absolutely zero money, anywhere. Eventually you will be able to get some of it back, but it will be a very painful process, and in the mean time your bills that are on auto pay will not be paid, your credit is going to take a punch in the balls, and in general, life is going to suck, HARD.

Well, I wanted to discuss the multiple attempts to murder ICE and other Federal officers, which might just be the Raid on Harper’s Ferry of the next civil war, but this is getting long already.

The good news is, that leftists generally suck at shooting. A lot of cops were shot at, but no one was killed. Someone ought to tell the ANTIFA boy/girls, and girl/boys that the right wingers don’t have that “suck at shooting” problem… Just saying.

Right now, we seem to be in “Fuck Around” mode. Keep it up and we’ll wind up in “Find Out” mode. You shouldn’t want that.
